Welcome to Somatic Spiritual

I offer therapy, supervision, meditation teaching and training/facilitation from a person centred, somatic, spiritual perspective, which is trauma informed.

I offer face to face sessions in Glasgow, Scotland and online sessions internationally.

I am open for new referrals for therapy or supervision from Friday 5th September 2025. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept referrals received before that date.
